The CJM contains four main sections. The first section covers legislative developments in the area of cybercrime, cyber-enabled crime and electronic evidence. The judicial analysis section presents brief summaries of court rulings in various EU Member States and non-EU countries. The third section covers the developments within the European Union during the past year in relation to data retention.
