The factsheet accompanies the SIRIUS Electronic Evidence Situation Report 2025. It provides key insights from non-EU judicial authorities on accessing electronic evidence from service providers located in foreign jurisdictions. It presents the main findings, modalities for obtaining electronic evidence, key challenges encountered by judicial authorities, and recommendations for improving access to cross-border electronic evidence.
