The model agreement on the establishment of a Joint Investigation Team, following:

• the approval of the Council Resolution of 22 December 2021 on a revised Appendix I (OJ C 44, 28.1.2022, p. 1.) 2022/C 44/02, and;
• the Council Resolution on amendments to the Model Agreement for setting up a Joint Investigation Team (ST/7920/2026/INIT) (JITs CP provisions – Article 12), applicable upon entry into operation of the JITs Collaboration Platform.”
