Eurojust has a well-developed practical set of tools to support cross-border investigations. Coordination meetings, coordination centres and support for JITs are offered to practitioners.
Eurojust has also gained and continues to build significant expertise in the use of European and international judicial cooperation instruments. The Agency, based on its casework, retains and shares knowledge of recurring issues that complicate the use of judicial instruments and monitors the case-law of the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights to advise national prosecutors.
