The College of Eurojust adopted the Single Programming Document 2025-2027 on 5 November 2024 (College Decision 2024-07).

The present amended version incorporates:

(a) An increase of EUR 594 591 in both commitment and payment appropriations, for incorporating the bank interest received on 02 October 2025 for the period 1 October 2024 - 30 September 2025, so as to cover the 2025 shortfalls in the salaries and allowances of temporary staff, due to the impact of high inflation on statutory annual adjustments; and

(b) A reduction of EUR 1 240 000 only in payment appropriations related to the Digital Criminal Justice programme/projects and JIT grants where the agency uses differentiated appropriations and has faced difficulties in fully executing the payment credits initially available for 2025.
