Eurojust President Michael Schmid welcomed Zagorka Dolovac, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Serbia, for a visit supported by the WBCJ Project. The visit included meetings with several Eurojust National Desks and highlighted Serbia’s growing cooperation with Eurojust, including 82 new cases between September 2025 and August 2026 and participation in nine Joint Investigation Teams.
The visit was also an opportunity to reaffirm the support of Eurojust and the WBCJ Project for cross-border cases involving Serbian authorities, including several ongoing JITs with EU Member States and other countries in the region.
