The Genocide Network, in its effort to raise awareness on accountability and the fight against impunity, gathers key decisions from EU Member States. Unofficial English translations are provided courtesy of the Genocide Network Secretariat and Eurojust. Some of the translations have been directly provided by national authorities. The translation source is indicated in each judgment.
