Growing number of data requests and complex legal landscape among key challenges for accessing electronic evidence
The SIRIUS Electronic Evidence Situation Report presents the current challenges law enforcement, judicial authorities and service providers face when accessing electronic evidence. The report also looks ahead at the upcoming EU e-Evidence legislative package that will make it easier and faster to obtain evidence, while safeguarding fundamental rights.
