There are no specialised units for IP crimes’ investigation.

Prosecution

The prosecution of the IP from fall under the competencies of the State Prosecution Offices.

There is no specialised unit responsible for the prosecution of IP crimes. Focal point of contact for IP crime prosecutions is District State Prosecutor’s Office in Ljubljana.

Judiciary

There are no specialised courts on IP crimes. This type of crime fall under general court system.

The general courts are organised in a three-tier system:

• Local Courts;
• District Courts;
• The Supreme Court.
