1. Objective and registration procedure

The objective of this call for expressions of interest is to set up a list of external experts to support the Western Balkans project (WB CRIM JUST) in advising Western Balkan judicial authorities on cross-border judicial cooperation matters. Interested applicants are invited to submit their application in one of the official languages of the European Union, preferably in English, by EU Survey at the following link:

Inclusion on the list entails no obligation on the part Eurojust concerning the conclusion of contracts.

2. Use of the list resulting from call

The list will be used exclusively for the execution of the tasks within the fields described in this Call for Expression of Interest below the applicable threshold of the Directive on public procurement (2014/24/EU). This ceiling applies to the total of all payments (including both remunerations and reimbursement) to be made to each expert throughout the duration set for the list. Furthermore, the cumulative length of the contracts shall not exceed 75 days per calendar year per expert.
