Heads of Departments

Eurojust’s Administration consists of various units, secretariats and offices, out of which several are organised into departments headed by a Head of Department.

The Operations Department includes the Casework Unit, the Data Management Unit, the National Desk Support Office and the JITs, EJN and Genocide Network Secretariats. Since November 2023, Ms Federica Curtol is the Head of Operations Department ad interim

The Resources Department consists of the Budget, Finance and Planning Unit, the Events and Logistics Unit, the Human Resources Unit, the Information Management Unit and the Security Unit. Mr Roberto Lenti is the Head of Resources Department since April 2018.

The Heads of Department support the Administrative Director in the day-to-day management of Eurojust, implementing the strategic vision of the organisation. Reporting directly to the Administrative Director, the Heads of Department provide the required leadership and management of resources of the Department. They are responsible for the provision of services and the well-functioning of the processes in their respective Departments
