Cybercrime Judicial Monitor - Issue 10

Read the tenth issue of the Cybercrime Judicial Monitor (CJM), jointly produced by Eurojust and the European Judicial Cybercrime Network (EJCN). The CJM is published once per year and distributed to judicial and law enforcement authorities active in the field of combating cyber-dependent and cyber-enabled crime. The CJM contains four main sections. The first section covers legislative and policy developments in the area of cybercrime, electronic evidence and crypto-assets in 2024 and early 2025.
