Language policy

Eurojust, as an agency of the European Union, is bound by the rules on the EU official languages and places a high emphasis on publishing content accessible in as many languages of the European Union as possible. Eurojust’s working language, according to College Decision 2020-08 of 27 November 2020 concerning Eurojust’s internal language arrangements, is English.

In 2019, the European Ombudsman invited EU institutions, bodies and agencies to establish rules on the use of official EU languages when communicating with the public. Eurojust adopted a policy on this in 2020. You can access the policy below in all official languages.
