This report is the third JIT evaluation report published by the JITs Network since 2014. It includes two Chapters: Chapter 1 provides a non-exhaustive overview of findings from 99 evaluation forms completed by JIT practitioners between November 2017 and November 2019. Chapter 2 specifically addresses Eurojust’s experience in JITs with third States.

The executive summary provides an overview of the main practical findings of this report in terms of lessons learned and best practices identified.
