Blow to international drug trafficking network: 20 arrests

A coordinated operation taking place in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine has dealt a definitive blow to an international drug trafficking network. Authorities worked with Eurojust and Europol to uncover the group’s narcotics smuggling activities in Slovakia and Ukraine. The 20 individuals arrested during the action week are suspected of setting up an international cocaine and methamphetamine smuggling operation across Europe.
