Searches in light of procurement of faulty body armours for Ukrainian armed forces

French and Ukrainian authorities worked together under coordination by Eurojust to conduct searches in light of an investigation into the procurement of substandard body armour for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The procurement caused losses of more than EUR 53 million. The Ukrainian state purchased 67 000 body armour vests and made a 100% advance payment to the supplier.
