On 8 August, at the kind invitation of Mr Tarit Pengdith - Director-general of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) of the Ministry of Justice of Thailand, Ms Michèle Coninsx – President of Eurojust, gave a lecture at the DSI’s headquarters in Bangkok on Eurojust and on the importance of judicial cooperation in the fight against serious cross-border crime and terrorism.
Ms Coninsx thanked the Thai Authorities for the invitation to speak, and stressed the importance of opportunities such as this to further their excellent and constructive relationship and for the opportunity to learn from one another, both in Europe and Asia.
