A new application form (version 2.1, updated on 11/01/2017) is available in the relevant section of the Document library. This new version incorporates changes introduced in the 2017 JITs Funding procedure.
In particular, the formal requirements relating to the need to provide a Financial Identification Form has been simplified for authorities regularly involved in funding applications:
The submission of a completed Financial identification form (FIF) will therefore no longer be required when the application identifies at least one bank account of a public institution of a State involved in the JIT that is already known and acknowledged by Eurojust.
If after submission of the application, the communicated bank account proves not to be already known and acknowledged by Eurojust, the applicant will be requested to provide a completed FIF for this account within a set deadline. In such case award of a grant will only be made once this condition is fulfilled.
